用眼过度，如看屏幕过久；
压力大、精神紧张；
眼内有异物或炎症。
一般的解决办法就是多休息、多放松，对于我们变形金刚族[1]来说，还是需要定时离开电脑，站起来，多走走，多看看远处，还有晚上睡个好觉

“Wouldn’t you like to know whether your business partners are fit? Why should you trust a man in business if he abuses his own body?”
